Time to ride out

Humanity needs to evolve, it needs to grow and growth is a recognition that the process can be painful.
We are making things harder for ourselves by not acknowledging that evolution asks us to think/be/act bigger than we are, find peace in the unknown and allow ourselves to embrace uncertainty with a sense of openness.
We are living under the shadow of those who have installed themselves as voices, leaders, seeking to be recognised as those who carry influence, but what do they offer vs what do they want?
It is more often than not that we see these people seeking to be worshipped, be recognised for their brilliance but they do not put anything on the table beyond themselves.
As we move towards a bigger shift in society as indicated by outer planetary transits, that which cannot hold water will be recognised as having overstayed its welcome.
Which is most stuff, but does this mean for the rest of us?
It's time to rise within a culture of self-leadership and democratised awakening.
For too long we have allowed ourselves to worship at the temple of other's ego but we have not been given the tools or frameworks to guide ourselves in this life, so that is where we must begin.
Awakening the brilliance within
Contrary to popular belief - there's nothing wrong with you my friend! Society is all messed up, and while you might hear those words coming out of the mouths of regressively minded influencers who want your money and you in their cult...
I'm saying it because our way of life has become so mechanical it is utterly unnatural to a point where we view ourselves as batteries, extractive resources trying to squeeze every last ounce of productivity out or be damned.
We are organic beings, and to either be constantly consuming or producing is unnatural. We need interludes, spaces for play and creativity.
As consider how you breathe - if it was constant in and out, you'd be a mess! There are spaces between the breaths, A space to reflect, immerse, integrate, a pause.
The space between the breaths is where life actually happens and we can recalibrate our own sense of focus and agency in any given situation.
When we are kept on a hair trigger, waiting for the next wild thing to drop or a pattern to repeat, we become passengers in our own lives.
If we do not give ourselves space to create, play and reflect, there is no room for humanity in your own human experience.
Don't shoot the messenger, but after working as a full time musician, teacher and spirituality-wellbeing practitioner for 25 years, I might know a thing or two about what I'm saying.
As after every society has risen and fallen, the art, the cultural fingerprints beyond the day to day mechanations of life are what remains.
So if we spend our time idolising those with colossal bank accounts as a point of virtue, what is to remain of us when it all ends?
Nothing.
Let's change that.
Years of snakes, horses, endings and beginnings.
I'm a fan of symbolism, higher concepts and things that echo beyond the threadbare borders of arbitrary cultural identity. This speaks to a perspective informed by my experiences as a man of blended racial heritage, I look for the universal while speaking on the intersectional.
From there we can find pathways ahead, as let's face it, so much of the spirituality adjacent content online seems to boil down into two camps:
Look how amazingly fantastic I am for being hot/abrasive/weird
Let's rehash the cookie cutter ideas to provoke the barnham effect in others
I can't say I'm into either, aside from simplicity is key sometimes as much as I am hot and weird.
The thing is, if it doesn't serve the collective, it doesn't deserve our attention. That has been one of the big lessons of this 'snake' / 9 year, a year of endings, shedding skins and unfolding realisations that we might not really be where we want to be in this life.
I've found it quite interesting both through a professional and personal lens of transformation that kicked off in 2024 after freeing myself from an online 'cult-like' group and the end of my most significant personal romantic relationship.
To begin with, I felt rudderless, but when the recognition shifted towards untethered, everything changed and life continued to unfold. The thing is, I had been 'cockblocking' my own transformation by playing small and allowing myself to be used as an 'air filter' for others.
This concept of the 'air filter' is something I've observed when spiritually awakened to themselves people are in hyper-demanding situations where the needs, desires, egos and dysfunctions of others are placed in the hands of the awakened individual.
The issue with this aside from it being widespread, is this is how the regressive individualists get their hooks into the awakening individual and drag them down a hole of false awakening putting them deeper into the collective dream.
The only way out is through, and you have to go through 'you'.
Everything you were told to hold dear, believe in, your likes and dislikes, your experiences, your story and its narrative has to be put on the table for an objective exploration of subjectively coloured memories.
Which is not easy. It can be riotously insane and challenging to look yourself so clearly in the eye.
This is the message of this collective year of endings, a 9 year cycle taking us back to 2016 ready to roll around into something new.
You do not have to be 'perfect' to step up into your own destiny, nor do you have to be 'fully healed' as both states do not exist.
You do have to do the work on yourself where you can energetically feel at home in yourself and able to keep focused on your personal north star regardless of what life may bring to your doorstep, that is the real challenge. As so many claim to have healed but they turned their ocean going vessel of exploration into a floating hotel parked up in some port where the weather is always good.
Many have mistaken avoidance for healing, and in that suggestion are reluctant to awaken to their power by denying the responsible stewardship this power demands.
You can't have one without the other, and with this '1' year incoming, we move from the snake to the horse, we have shed so we can ride, rise and emerge into the world.
I have met so many people who are excellent leaders, beacons and lights in this world but they do not let themselves shine truly as they are because they are stuck in ports of pleasure, avoidance and a desire to control all that surrounds them when nothing can be controlled beyond our own responses.
So the question is, if the year of the horse beckons, a 1 year comes into view, backed by an insane shift in collective energy (outer planetary transits), do you accept the invitation to ride?
Or are you going to wait another 9 years of your one precious life to hook into a collective wave of beginning, becoming and unfolding realisation?
If this is something you struggle with, I can help you.
I am now offering Belief Coding® session packages for fast and effective subconscious healing and transformation, as planet earth, Mother Gaia, Father Sky, and all the rest need us to stop f**king around and get with the programme.
This is a new era for humanity, a new era for transformation and the world needs us now more than ever.
You have probably been hearing the call for some time now, the question is...
Are you going to answer it?
