Why SHIFT?

SHIFT, as with all my services, draws from a lifetime of diverse experiences, successes, failures,, different careers, training, education and then some things, I can’t do justice with words! All of it supports foundations to build your rhythm into, develop your sense of harmony to thrive and express yourself more fully.

SHIFT is also born of the desire and practice to engage life consciously and actively from the unified perspective of Body-mind (as one) and Spirit, seeing ourselves as anchors for your own higher awareness and inspiration into the physical world through your actions.

We are often told to focus on certain aspects of the human experience at the expense of others, namely emotions as how we give shape to our lives, memories and identities. We can be supremely aided and hampered by the same stories in life, but we can create movement when we shift perspective. But that shift has to be more rounded than just mindset alone.

Engaging with life from a multisensory perspective, allows for richer, textured and more nuanced experiences. It is an expansion of natural awareness as well as embracing things we may consider quirks, eccentricities, oddities or a little out of the norm. Sometimes, they can be the key to the door of deeper awareness.

At present, alongside my experience and training in education, the arts and music, SHIFT utilises the practices of EFT, Tarot and Astrology as anchor points.

Tarot as an inner awareness practice. Each card is a key to aspects of the human experience playing throughout our lives. Understand the characters, write them a new script.

Astrology, the oldest clock and human data collection study of all time allowing us to explore cycles, periods and influences that set the scene for different stages, relationships, experiences and self/worldview.

As the archetypes and myths that form the basis of psychology are found in Tarot and Astrology, combining this with EFT, we can adopt a more 'action-oriented’ approach.

This work always has to be practical, relatable and actionable in your life.

Single SHIFT Session: This session is for those seeking quick clarity, a breakthrough in a specific area, or insights into their immediate next steps. With a combination of astrology, tarot, EFT, and intuitive guidance, clients leave with clear action steps to shift their energy and create momentum.

Block of Sessions: For clients who want to dive deeper into their personal development or work through multiple areas of life. This block of sessions allows for ongoing support, reflection, and sustained transformation over time. Each session builds on the previous one, addressing emotional blocks, providing practical strategies, and offering long-term guidance.
