EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is one of the most effective body-based practices for nervous system regulation. It works directly with your meridian points, your breath, and your physical presence in the moment to calm the stress response at a somatic level.

Where talking therapies engage the mind, EFT engages the body. It meets your nervous system where it is and helps it recalibrate. The result is not a temporary calm that fades by the next morning. It is a genuine shift in your baseline.

EFT is also a powerful standalone practice for anyone who wants to regulate their nervous system and build genuine emotional resilience.

Sessions are conducted online via Zoom. They are 60 minutes. You do not need any prior experience with EFT or nervous system work. I will guide you through everything.

We work with whatever is live for you in that session. There is no fixed agenda. Your nervous system will show us where to go, and we follow it.

After your session, you will receive a summary of what we worked on and, if you have chosen a transcription option, a full written transcript for your records.

Block bookings are recommended if you know you want to go deeper. Sessions are typically taken weekly or fortnightly. Consistency builds capacity: the more regularly you practise nervous system regulation, the faster your baseline shifts.

After purchase, you will receive a calendar link to choose your preferred date and time. A Zoom link will follow with your confirmation.

EFT is a complementary practice for nervous system regulation and emotional wellbeing. It is not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment. If you are currently in crisis or under the care of a mental health professional, please consult with them before booking. This work is powerful, but it sits alongside professional support, not in place of it.

It is most likely that you will need more than one session to completely deal with a specific issue, the single session options are designed to offer release and relief. It is important to be realistic about your expectations and recognise that any step towards integrating your challenges is a great accomplishment
I do not tolerate any abuse of any kind during, before or after any sessions. This will result in a complete severance of the working relationship as it is important that we work together based on mutual respect.
EFT can be used to deal with challenging and difficult memories/experiences, it is important that you treat your journey with care and respect. It is advisable that you keep some time free after the session to relax and integrate the experience.
While there is no limit to how frequently you perform a tapping session, a minimum gap of five days between sessions is advisable.
Healing can also be defined as acceptance of yourself and experiences, it's important not to see this as a magic bullet but a powerful evidence based practice to put you back in the driver’s seat of your life.
Sessions can be rearranged in line with my terms and conditions however ‘no-shows’ will not be refunded or rearranged.
Due to the live nature of the session I also do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction as the session fee relates to the time commitment.
